Last Saturday, going home from weekly Bible Study with the FaithRiders, the streets were wet but rain hasn't poured hard yet. Right along Sgt. Rivera before 5th Ave. Caloocan, this taxi hit its break hard. As usual, my reaction would be to break hard also so as not to hit it. My front wheel locked hard and for a moment, I lost control of the steering but immediately regained it after a second. I didn't hit dirt and for the last five years of riding a motorcycle, I haven't . Again my God did not fail me. I've been riding my bike as God would want it. And for all time, my God has been my driver. Right after arriving home and settled, I was alone in the house, thinking what just happened, I praised God. Then the rain poured hard. Yes, after arriving home. Can you believe that? I do.

Yup, He's got his angels riding beside you bro. And He said that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

God loves all of His children! Faithful or otherwise, what more if you do His work and share His love to others! It was a very cloudy night last Saturday, but rains held on from pouring until we finished distributing all the snacks, that day/night even amazed me more because not one security guard or traffic enforcer accosted us because of stopping along the busy streets, more so on a rush hour...wow 'no?!

But I said "I have to". So kahit hindi prepared both the mind and body to go to my Lord's house, I went. Can you believe na yung sinuot kong damit ay may tastas at butas pala. Still I went. And after the prayer meeting, I went home feeling very happy. If I had chosen the other path, siguro hindi pa ako nakatulog ng mahimbing. Praise God for the encouragement.

Pero si Lord, nakaantabay sa bawat segundong dumaraan waiting for you to talk to Him, there is no moment in your entire life na bumitaw Siya sa linyang direkta sa iyo...try mo tumawag kay GMA or kahit sa congressman niyo, tingnan natin kung mahagilap mo sila...pero si Lord, iniisip mo pa lang nakaabang na Siya...let's pray for each other to remove this "katam" virus and to always keep our direct lines open to the Being who truly deserves our time, at all times! Amen parekoy?

Nakakahiya ho yatang share ito pero kailangan e. Naninibago ho yata ako. Used to be I would go to sleep in the night half starved (gutom). Kasi nga, minimum lang yung sahod ng asawa ko ang we have 2 kids. I don't have income so you can just imagine how did we survive. But starting last Monday, nagtataka po ako pero we have enough of Food set in our table. We even have extras that we don't have before like Fresh Milk and Fresh Juices. Yung 2 liters of Magnolia Milk para sa kids na suppose to be good for 5 days, hindi pa ubos yung 1 liter. I asked Maribel last night at may laman pa raw yung box. Halos kilabutan ako. ;D Pero we know what is going on. And it will only get better and better. Praise God Almighty!

Yesterday, my family went to church, it was the culmination of the week long DVBS (Daily Vacation Bible School). It was the first time I took my wife to church. Everything was superb. We even had free snacks. And Brother Joel offered to give my son, Prinz, a piano lesson for free. It has always been my wish that my kids would have this some inclination to music whatever instruments they choose. It's not easy for children nowadays to appreciate music and arts, since they are all occupied playing videogames and internet chat. So, I pray this would work out great. Dear God, We had a great time yesterday. Thank you.

I would like to thank God for this week. Of course for His everyday protection while riding my bike. Especially when I have my kids with me. Also for this verses found in Matthew 6:3, and Colossians 3:22-24 Truly, this verses made my week complete.
Dear God, thank you for this eye opener.

I have thanked God time and time again for his protection and security. Ocassionally, about the rain. Last night, as we were about to leave house, the sky was already darkened. I prayed that it won't rain. We were to attend the prayer meeting. So I got Prinz to go first on the motorcycle. Heading back home to fetch Duchess, It rained. Arriving back home, I was wet of course. We waited for the rain to stop. While waiting, I realized that what I prayed for was one selfish prayer. I was praying for the rain not to come while looking at the sky, I thought that others might be praying for rain after all. It has been hot for the past few days and this rain was a welcome breather. The rain ended, Duchess and I went to church, we were late for about 30 mins. my clothes still wet,..... I had a smile on my face.
Dear God, Never again will I pray for rain not to come.

Today, I saw men and women, bravely dedicated to the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Their destination, Lubao, Pampanga. They rode like it was the last day of their lives. No incidents, no rain and storm would stand in their way, for the one who leads them makes the rain, calms the storm, and makes things happen. Yes, God Almighty is in control. and the brave men and women I saw this morning, went to tell people about God's Almighty Son. Indeed the Lord has given them a brave heart.
Today, Thank God I saw you.
