As a rider, threads like this one are not new to me anymore. but each time i see or hear about a motorcycle accident, it reminds me of the fact that the fun of riding a motorcycle comes with some serius dangers. so, what should i do? STOP riding? Nah... But of course, there are some lessons to learn: 1. You do not own the road. SHARE IT... learn the art of it! 2. There are dumb, reckless, and careless drivers. they use their celphones, they drink and drive, they don't care about motorcycles, some are mad... and some are simply dumb and dangerous! . DRIVE DEFENSIVELY! 3. Accidents are real. they happen. Use protective GEARS... ALL THE TIME, if possible. 4. THE MOST IMPORTANT: BE READY TO DIE! Why? because you will! hopefully, of old age, but you will. Whether you believe it or not, God exists. Whether you like it or not, you will have to stand before him. And again, whether you believe it or not, whether you like it or not, you will be judged. Heaven is real. Hell is hot! RIDE SAFE and BE READY TO DIE!For the story, you can check this out: www.motorcyclephilippines.com/forums/showthread.php?t=131664&highlight=killed+friend

Yeah, the only thing which can be advised is driving safely and to make sure that you don’t have to pay for others mistake. My cousin has been working with a DUI attorney Los Angeles and he has showed me many cases where one has to pay for someone else mistakes.
